Our widely popular program allows you to work closely with the experts at Stanley Martin Custom Homes who evaluate the properties on your behalf prior to purchase. The Services Agreement does require a retainer. However, funds from the retainer are typically only used when a customer approves the expenses. Expenses may include such items as a ‘soil study,’ title review, and engineering reviews. Please consult the Services Agreement for more information on how the funds may be used.
